Hello! My name is Ashleigh, and I was born with a dairy allergy. Because I could have grown up missing out on so many good foods, my family has always worked to develop creative ways around it. We started by making our own recipes using ingredients without dairy. Through many taste tests and much experimentation, we discovered that our recipes were better than the foods that had dairy in them. Our family and friends have loved the recipes that we’ve come up with, so my dad and I co-founded Farrell Specialty Foods. This has given us the opportunity to share our flavors with all of you.
